Central has many people serving others, one of the steps on the LIFE Path. People are free to serve in a variety of ministries and there are some places where we need all hands aboard to get a task completed well.
But each person serves best when they know exactly where they fit best. Each of us has a variety of gifts and skills, different personalities and experiences, and various motivating desires to serve. We serve best when we find what Rick Warren calls, your "SHAPE." We have workshops several times a year where people discover their SHAPE. After they have done this, they can talk with a Serving Coach who can help them to discover and try various ministry opportunities - until they have found the right fit.
