Men's Ministry

There's no doubt about it, it's a tough world for men these days. Our Men's Ministry is a group of guys who have banded together to hold each other accountable to the principles set forth by God in the Bible. More and more, men are realizing their responsibilities and building new and exciting relationships with each other, their families, and their church. Come and join us for the following events:

• Men's Life Groups - Many of us get together each week to talk, study the Bible, and pray together. This is a great time of encouragement, integrity building, and accountability. Use the Life Groups link in the left column to get more information.
• Men's Retreat - This is a great opportunity to get away from the daily grind for a weekend in the mountains. It offers a combination of relaxation, fellowship, adventure, worship, Bible study and of course food. We drive up on Friday afternoon to a pair of cabins near Groveland, visit Yosemite and other nearby places on Saturday, and head home on Sunday after worship.
• Men's Backpacking Trip - For those with a sense of adventure and willing to carry your own gear & food for a few days, this is a great way to get out of the city and enjoy God's creation. We drive up to the Sierra Nevada on Thursday, backpack in on Friday, do day hikes on Saturday, and hike out and drive home on Sunday.
